Kayaking Ha Long Bay & Trekking Cat Ba National Park (5 Days - 4 Nights)

You will find this tour a great combination of kayaking and trekking. Kayaking in the wonderland of karst topography with 3,000 limestone islets and trekking through the national park with great view of Halong Bay from mountains’ summits. We will paddle amongst islets, visit hidden caves, lagoons, unspoiled beaches, floating fishing village and talk with local fish-man. On Cat Ba Island we will trek through jungle and have a chance to see the panorama of Halong Bay from one of the mountain summits we would conquer during the trek. Before heading back to Hanoi via Hai Phong we would have a half day to relax on the beach of Cat Ba.

Day 1: Cruise Ha Long Bay (L, D)
Leave Hanoi for Halong Bay at 8.00am. On the way we will have a short break for refreshment at a handicraft centre. Upon arrival in Halong City we board a junk for a fine seafood lunch and an a mazing cruise on the bay. We will visit to a cave before cruising through an amazing area of limestone islets. We will pass a floating village to reach a beautiful cove where we anchor for the night. Dinner and overnight on the junk.


Day 2: Kayaking Ha Long Bay (B, L, D)
After breakfast we kayak to Luon Cave and Trong Cave, the exploration of these cave takes us the morning. After lunch on the support boat we paddle to Van Chai Floating village, the biggest comunity of fishmen in Halong Bay. Wre will visit to the village school and local family before we continue paddling to Dark Cave. Tide permitting, we explore this amazing cave by kayak. The cave is a 200m long, dark tunnel thrusting through a limestone mountain. The tunnel is the only entry to a secluded and beautiful lagoon. Lunch on support boat in front of the cave. Cruise back to mother boat for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Kayaking And Transfer To Cat Ba Island (B, L, D)
Breakfast on boat. Transferred by support boat to Ho Ba Ham, a deep grotto with three inland "lakes". The grotto is accessible only at low tide by kayak. There are beautiful beaches around, where we could stop for swimming. Lunch in Ho Ba Ham area. In the afternoon if time and weather permits we can paddle in Lan Ha Bay and paddle to Cat Ba Island. Bus transfer from Cat Ba Dock to hotel. Check in hotel and free at leisure. Overnight on Cat Ba Island.

Day 4: Trek Cat Ba National Park (B, L, D)

Breakfast in the hotel before taking a beautiful drive to Cat Ba National Park. Trek thru the park (4 hrs) to Viet Hai Village where you have lunch in a local house. After lunch you walk to the dock and transferred by boat back to Cat Ba town around 5 pm. Overnight on Cat Ba Island.

Day 5: Cat Ba Island - Hai Phong City - Ha Noi (B, L)

Breakfast in the morning and free at leisure. In the afternoon, we take hydrofoil to Hai Phong City. We meet our bus in Hai Phong and transfer back to Hanoi. Trip completes.

Situated on Cat Ba Island, 50km to the east of Hai Phong City, in Northern Viet Nam, Cat Ba National Park now comprises of 15,200ha in total including 9,800ha of mountain area and 5,400ha of marine area. Many archaeological sites, Ha Long cultural vestiges and the marks of the old Vietnamese were found here. The plant system consists of 620 species including 123 valuable families; the fauna system comprises of 20 species of mammal, 69 species of bird, 20 species of reptile and amphibian, especially Trachypithecus poliocephalus (Vooc dau trang) living in cliffs. Cat Ba Sea contains 300 species of fish, 500 species of mollusc and crustacean, among which a number of species are used to make valuable handicraft products.

Cat Ba Island was recognised by UNESCO as World Biosphere Reserve on 19 December 2004. Nowadays, Cat Ba still attracts visitors by its pristine beauty and legends of its history and culture. 5: 30 - Depart from your hotel in Hanoi for Hai Phong City then take express boat to Cat Ba Island; arrive in Cat Ba Island at about 10: 00am. Transfer across the island to the dock and board a small boat to Cruise to our private base camp. You'll enjoy a lunch of savory fresh local sea food and spend the rest of the day to explore the town or relax on Cat Co beaches. Overnight on Cat Ba Island..

Day 2: Trek Cat Ba National Park - Camping on beach (B, L, D)


Breakfast at hotel before taking a beautiful bus ride along the coast to reach Cat Ba National Park. Today we will have a long trek across dense jungle to reach the peaceful village of Viet Hai. Short break at Frog Lake. We will have lunch in a local house in Viet Hai village. After lunch we walk to Viet Hai Quay for a short paddling on Lan Ha Bay to a beach where we will camp for a night. The crew from support boat will cook our dinner and make sure we have a comfortable night. Dinner and overnight at the campsite

Day 3: Whole Day Kayaking (B, L, D)

Whole day paddling and exploring the Bay at your own pace, while having a closer look at the amazing karsts. You'll explore some of the many caves that lead to stunning lagoons, paddle to some floating villages to see this unique way of life, and stop to chill out at one of the many beaches here. You'll be met by a support boat which you'll board to enjoy lunch before you continue paddling in the afternoon. Cruise back to the base camp for dinner. Enjoy another relaxing night at the base camp.

Day 4: Bay Kayaking - Cat Ba Island - Hai Phong - Hanoi (B, L)

Our base camp is staffed by friendly locals who'll cook you up a hardy breakfast before you head out for the morning to explore more of the amazing karst limestone formations and grottos. Return to the base camp for lunch where you can relax on the beach, throw around the Frisbee and take a swim. Cruise back to Cat Ba Island, ferry to Hai Phong then drive to Hanoi; arrive about 7: 30pm. Trip ends in
Hanoi.

Note: The camping can be on the deserted beach with double tent or at ready-set-up basecamp (also on beach) with bamboo hut depending on the weather condition and availability. We use private support boat when paddling to explore hidden and untouristy corners of Halong Bay. That makes our itinerary different from those organized by other tour operators who just use the kayaking packages offered by the overnight junks. After breakfast we depart Hanoi for Pu Luong Natural Reserve via Mai Chau. This scenic drive takes around 4 hrs. Along the way we pass fields of tapioca and sugar cane as well as rice paddies. We will reach Mai Chau valley by lunchtime. Following lunch in Pom Coong Village we drive 22km further into the reserve where we begin our trek. We trek for approximately 3 hrs before arriving at Hang Village, which is home to Thai ethnic minority. We spend the night with a local Thai family who will be our
hosts in a traditional house built on stilts. Before dinner we can stroll around the village to observe daily life activities of the locals. Summary. Transfer: 4 hrs. Trekking: 3 hrs/easy terrain. Meals: Lunch, Dinner. Accommodation: Home-stay

Day 2: Trek to Kho Muong Village (B, L, D)
This morning we have breakfast in the home stay before we begin the big trek of the day. Today we will be walking for around 6 hrs on a rocky path running through jungle. Lunch stop will be in a village along the way. After lunch we will pass through several Thai villages before arriving at the village of Kho Muong. As the name suggests this is a Muong minority village and we will be their guests for the night. Summary. Trekking: 6 hrs/slightly uphill/rocky path. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Day 3: Trek to Cao Hoong Village (B, L, D)
Today we have a full day trek as we climb to the Pu Luong range. En route we pass through a number of small hamlets and minority villages. After 3 hr of light ascent we will we will descend to the village of Cao Hoong, a village of Thai ethnic minority people, where we spend the night in local home. Summary. Trekking: 6 hrs/light climb followed by a gentle descent. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Accommodation: Local house

Day 4: Trek to Cao Village (B, L, D)

Our trek through the verdant countryside today will take around 6 hrs. The trek path runs uphill and downhill through forest, rice terraces and scenic villages. On the trek we may see farmers working on rice paddies and children going to school. Lunch break will be in a local village. We spend the night in the Thai village of Cao. Summary. Day 5: Cao Village - Canh Nang Town - Mai Chau (B, L, D)
After breakfast we trek toward Ma River. The trek is quite gentle since we descend a wide-open valley. After 2 hrs trek we will reach Pho Doan Town where we will visit to the local market. Following we trek Ma River, on the way we will see nice view of river, paddies and water wheel. We will be picked up and transferred to Mai Chau for a late lunch. Overnight in Pom Coong village.

Day 6: Mai Chau - Hanoi (B, L)

Day 1: Hanoi - Mai Chau. Start trekking Mai Chau village (trek to Hang Kia village), (L, D)
7:00 a.m you will be met up with The B Tourist Vietnam team at your hotel in Hanoi and transferred to Mai Chau. This scenic drive takes about three hours. En routes, you pass fields of tapioca and sugar cane as well as rice paddies. After lunch in a traditional stilt house of the Thai people in Poom Coom village, you will enjoy one hour drive to Xa Linh village where you will begin 3 hrs trek through
beautiful villages, the gravel tracks and small paths used by the locals. Dinner and overnight at a local home in Hang Kia village.

Day 2: Continue trekking Mai Chau villages (Trek to Van village), (B, L, D)After breakfast, you will get well and truly off the beaten track as you trek through tropical rain forest, using the local tracks and passing through corn fields as we descend in to Mai Chau Valley. The trek takes around 5 hours and is quite steep in places. Lunch will be provided at the local stall at the foot of the valley. From here, you will continue trekking and going through several ethnic minority villages, long spread out fields decorated with water wheels to make your way to Van village by late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in a local stilt house (homestay).

Day 3: Continue trekking Mai Chau valley (Trek to Xam Khoe village), (B, L, D)
Today you will trek through several Thai hamlets. You walk on the valley floor and are surrounded by rice paddies and beautiful scenery. Picnic lunch will be provided en route. You will arrive in Xam Khoe village in the afternoon. Cook, then enjoy the dinner with the host. Spend another night homestay.

Day 4: Hiking Mai Chau village (Hike back to Poom Coom village), (B, L, D)
Trek back to Mai Chau valley and Poom Coom village. You hike through beautiful rice terraces, inhale peaceful atmosphere in the morning. You will arrive back Poom Coong village around noon. Lunch will be served in a local stilt house. After lunch, free time for you to stroll around the village in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Poom Coom village.


Day 5: Trek Mai Chau onto Pu Luong Nature Reserve (B, L, D)
Leaving the Poom Coom village, you travel on the paved road to the Ma river. Get off the bus to unbeaten trek to Duom and Hang village for approximately 2.5 hrs through spectacular mountain scenery, rice paddies, water wheels, talk with lovely local people on the way. You will arrive in the homestay in the afternoon. Check into a local house for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Continue hiking Pu Luong nature reserve (Hike to Eo Ken & Kho Muong villages), (B, L, D)
It will be interesting for you to get up early and take part in their morning activities. Today you will be walking for a approximately 5 to 6 hour on a dirt road.The first hiking is hard with some steep climbs and yet more stream crossings, the next is really glorious with beautiful views of valley, rice terraces, rich rain forest. Picnic lunch on the way at Eo Ken village. Arrival in Hang village, the setting of the village is perhaps the most beautiful in Vietnam nestled between steep karst mountains and nice terraces in the afternoon. Spend our second night in a typical Thai stilt house in Kho Muong village.

Day 7: Continue trekking Pu Luong national park (Trek to Nua and Hin villages), (B, L, D)

After breakfast, you will leave the homestay and continue trekking through the valley. There are some steep climbs and yet more stream crossings. Trek to an incredible cave, only recently discovered and now protected by the Forest rangers. The trekking becomes more remote yet one is never far from a villager tending fields, passing steep limestone mountain, rain forest inside the Pu Luong Nature Reserve to Nua village. Lunch will be provided en route. Relax from the heat of the day before
continuing on to Hin – the village of Thai people in the afternoon. Have dinner and spend one more night at a local home.

Day 8: Continue trekking Pu Luong (Hike to Son village), (B, L, D)
Leave Hin village, you will trek uphill. You will get in deeper inside the Pu luong Nature Reserve with wild and rich tropical forest. Lunch will be provided en route. After lunch, continue trekking through Ba beautiful village to Son village. Take a break and stretch your legs on the house on stilt of Thai people or strolling round this village and to be in contact with hospitable friendly local people here. Dinner and overnight in Son village.

Day 9: Trek to Ton village then drive back to Hanoi (B, L)
Today you will have a nice and easier trek, just a bit up and down through rice paddies, jungle fever. After 2.5 hours we get to Ton village. You will be picked up by The B Tourist Vietnam driver and transferred back to Hanoi.

Day 1: Hanoi - Mai Chau - Pu Luong Nature Reserve. Trekking to Hang village (L, D)
8:00: You will be met up by The B Tourist Vietnam at your hotel in Hanoi (Please advise your hotel name upon confirmation).
Depart for Pu Luong Nature Reserve. This scenic drive takes around four hours. Along the way we pass fields of tapioca and sugar cane as well as rice paddies.
Lunch will be provided in a stilt house in Poom Coong village, Mai Chau.

Following lunch, we drive further into the reserve where we begin our trek. We trek for approximately three hours before arriving at the Thai village of Hang.
We spend the night with a local Thai family who will be our host in a traditional house on stilts. Whilst enjoying their hospitality we will discover a little more about their lives and culture.

Day 2: Trekking from Hang village to Kho Muong village (B, L, D)Today we will walk for about six hours. Along the way we pass through several Thai villages and hamlets before arriving at the village of Kho Muong. As the name suggests this is a Muong minority village and we will be their guests for the night.

Day 3: Trekking to Pho Doan. Travel to Tam Coc (B, L, D)

This morning we set out from Kho Muong and trek for roughly three hours and a half before arriving in Pho Doan townlet where your lunch will be provided in a local house.
After breakfast, we will take a motorbike-taxi to La Han ferry where our car will be waiting for us for our journey to Tam Coc (“Halong bay in-land”).
Dinner & overnight in Tamcoc.


Day 4: River boat trip. Countryside cycle. Return to Hanoi (B)

After breakfast, we will have a two-hour boat trip along the Boi river.
The river trip in Tam coc is wonderful for photo hunters, especially when local people come to harvest the water rice planted along the river, or when they transplant some seedling for the next crops. The tourists often compare the place with Guilin – China, or more closely, to the limestone islets of Halong Bay in the Tonkin Gulf for their similar geological structures and shapes.
Then enjoy one-hour bicycle trip through rural villages before arriving Hoalu ancient capital.
Lunch will be provided in a local restaurant in Hoa Lu.
Return to Hanoi.

Day 1 : Move - Upland Na Nghe village (L, D)
After waking up, you will have breakfast at 8:am.
8:30 am, local guide will take you to visit Coc Toc village and continue going on foot to upland and stop in Na Nghe village (Cash Dao peoples) then have lunch there.
In the afternoon the guide will take you to visit the mountains, valley and the stilt houses, School of the Cash Dao children. Then, you will have dinner with the local people and stay all night at their homes.

Day 2: Ba Be Lake boat trip & Kayaking (B, L)
After having breakfast with the local people of Na Nghe village, you and your guide will say "goodbye" to the Cash Dao people.
8:30 am. Go through trail with your guide to visit Nam Dai village then go down the forest to visit Dau Dang waterfall which is within two provinces Bac Kan and Tuyen Quang then lunch in a restaurant near the waterfall. When you finish the lunch, you will have a boat tour up the river to visit Puong cave where inhabits over 1000 bats with 18 generals and famous with a lost of stalactite and stalagmite. The boat will go on the Nang river which runs through the cave into Ba Be lake. After visiting the Fairy pond and the An Ma temple, you will return to the lake-shore restaurant by kayaking boat. Stay in the home-stay.

Tan Van and see a spectacular view of the Red River Delta far belowSituated in the Ba Vi mountain range, beautiful Ba Vi National Park provides the perfect location to experience the exceptional natural wilderness of Vietnam. This full day hike in the area will bring you up close and personal to this spectacular environment.

We begin early in the morning, at 8:00, when our tour guide and vehicle will pick you up in Hanoi and drive you westward for 48km (about 25 miles) to reach Ba Vi National Park.
After a 1.5-hour ride, we reach the Park and start our day of trekking with a 1.5-hour climb up to the summit of King Peak where the temple of Ho Chi Minh is located. This peak is the highest of the 3 in the Ba Vi Mountain Range. A delicious picnic lunch will be served in the temple at this peak overlooking the landscape below.
In the afternoon, we will descend King Peak to climb up another peak, Mt. Tan Vien. At the summit of Mt. Tan Vien there is also a temple, this one dedicated to the God of the Jungle. There is a diverse and beautiful variety of jungle-plants, strange, uncommon insects and birds here, so do not forget to take your camera and lots of photos along the way. From this summit we can enjoy a great view of the famous Red River Delta.

Day 2: Continue trekking Pu Luong Nature Reserve (Hang village - Kho Muong village), (B, L, D)

Day 3: Continue trekking Pu Luong (Kho Muong village - Hin village), (B, L, D)
This morning we set out from Kho Muong and trek for roughly three hours on an uphill gradient through a picturesque forest passing several villages along the way. We break for lunch in the village of Nua before setting off again for a further two hours, this time the trail is predominately downhill. Our final destination for today is Hin village, another Thai community. Dinner and overnight at village.

Day 4: Continue trekking. Travel back to Hanoi (B, L, D)

After breakfast, we will catch motorbike-taxi to La Han ferry where our car will be waiting for us for our journey back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B, L, D)
Enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life. Arrive in Halong bay and board the Bai Tho traditional sailing junk (or similar junk). Whilst cruising the exquisite waters sample the regions fresh seafood. Visit the recently discovered Surprise Grotto with its great views, and on the next island see the yawning mouth of Bo Nau Cave. Enjoy a swim in the emerald waters of Halong Bay or walk uphill the Titop mountain to have a great view. Watch the sun set over the bay whilst enjoying a delicious dinner. Overnight on board.

Day 6: Halong Bay Scuba Diving (B, L, D)

At 8h00, you will be picked up at the boat/junk by The B Tourist Vietnam, Diving Team an d transferred by another wooden boat to our first dive site, Chim Island. Enjoy 01 dive before having lunch on board. In the afternoon, we will move to another dive site, Me Cung Island where we will enjoy one more hour diving before being ped off at another boat-house for overnight. Dinner and overnight at local boat-house.

Day 7: Kayaking Cat Ba Island (B, L, D)

Breakfast in the boat-house. You will be picked up and transferred to Hai Pies Beach. Briefing and gear-up before start paddling through Lan Ha Bay towards Ba Trai Dao beach for a lunch break. In the afternoon, continue paddling along the cliff through the Monkey Lagoon to Ranger’s base. Fresh seafood home cooked dinner then bunk down in your tents on the front yard or overnight at our eco base-camp.

Day 8: Continue kayaking. Travel to Hai Phong, then Hanoi (B, L)
After breakfast, navigate your way through quiet small bays through floating fish farms. Lunch break on the way before docking at Gia Luan to take the local shuttle bus to Cat Ba town. Then take hydrofoil to Hai Phong where your car will be ready for your journey back to Hanoi. Trip ends.

07.30 Departure by car to Cat Tien National Park. The terrain rises up gradually via volcanic area. On arrival, we cross Dong Nai River to the park center. Check in room at the park center. Lunch break. In the afternoon , start walking 3km along the ecologic route: sites of Lagerstroemia Ovalfolia (BangLang), Tetrameles nudiflora (Tung), Cycas rumphii (Thien Tue), Ancistrolandus tectorius (Trung quan), Afzelia cyclocarpa (Go). Then trek back to the center fore leisure and dinner time. Night
activity: 20.00, Jeep transfer to TaLai buffer zone to look for nocturnal animals . Meals: Lunch, Dinner

Day 2: Cat Tien Trek - Buon Ma Thuot (B, L, D)
Jeep transfer inside the park to junction where we turn off the main route and trek 5km to Crocodile lake station. Short break at the lake, do some activities: rowing on the lake, watching biodiversity. Luckily, you may see crocodiles, various birds living in the lake. Then trek back to the main route. Jeep pick up, transfer back to the center. Check out. Lunch in the park. Leave Cat Tien Park. Ferry crossing the river. Transfer at least 5.5 hours by car to Lak Lake, 52km from Buon Ma Thuot city. Late afternoon, arrival Lak Lake resort then check in. Overnight in Lak Lake. Breakfast, our local guide will pick you up at the resort. Crossing the lake by boat from Lak Resort. Start trekking the local villages of M'Nong people such as: M'lieng, Nau, Tay … You will have chance to explore about their culture and custom. Walking along Krong Ana river for sightseeings and getting up to the top of the mountain which is 350 metres above sea level. Picnic lunch here. Continue trekking through the rice fields and the forest. Back to Lak Resort by boat. At leisure at the swimming pool. Overnight in Lak lake. Day 4: Lak Lake - DraySap Waterfall - Buon Ma Thuot (B, L, D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Elephant riding across the lake and dugout canoe on the lake. Drive to Buon Ma Thuot for lunch. Visit Draysap and Dray Nur waterfalls. Start trekking from Draysap to Gia Long waterfalls (7km). Back to the city.

Day 1: Overland to Mai Chau/Biking to Pu Luong (Hang Village), (L, D)
Leave Hanoi at 7 am. We drive southwest to Ma Chau, the gateway to the impressive mountainous area of northern Vietnam. The drive is very nice with stunning view of mountains, valleys, sugarcane farms and rice paddies. We would have a stop en route for refreshment. Upon arrival in Mai Chau we have a lunch stop in Pom Coong, a village of Thai ethnic minority. We will have lunch in a local house. After
lunch we embark on a biking on village road to Hin, a village of Thai minority group which is located within Pu Luong Nature Reserve. We will first bike on beautiful tar road through Mai Chau valley before jumping into undulating dirt paths. We reach Hang Village around 5 pm. We will have dinner and overnight in a traditional stilt-house of a Thai family. Summary. Biking: 40km – unpaved bumpy road – Moderate grade. Meals: Lunch, Dinner

Day 2: Climbing mountain slopes to Hin Village (B, L, D)
Today is a tough day with long climb on mix of dirt paths and village roads. In the morning we climb mainly. In the afternoon we enjoy easier ride slightly downhill to Hin, a village of Thai minority. Great mountain view and scenic villages. Lunch in local house en route. Day 3: Downhill ride to Canh Nang Town/Transfer to Mai Chau (B, L, D)
After breakfast we say good bye to the villagers and ride toward Ma River passing expansive maize fields. Nearthe river we would see many water wheels which used by the local to water their farms. We cross the river on bridge and have lunch in Canh Nang town. After lunch we can continue biking along Ma River or take the bus back to Mai Chau. Dinner and overnight in Pom Coong Village.

Day 1: Hanoi - Mai Chau. Trekking Hang Kia Village (L, D)

08h30 you will be met up with our guide and driver at your hotel and transferred to Mai Chau. This scenic drive takes around three hours. Along the way we pass fields of tapioca and sugar cane as well as rice paddies. After lunch in a traditional stilt house of the Thai people, we drive for one hour to Sa Linh Village to begin our trekking. The verdant and rugged mountain scenery combined with the
colorful local population makes this an unforgettable experience. Today we walk along gravel tracks and small paths, used by the locals. Our destination for this evening is Hang Kia village, home of the Hmong Minority people. Here we stay overnight as the guests of an H’mong family in a traditional long house, situated in a picturesque valley of peach orchards.

Day 2: Trekking Hang Kia village Van Village (B, L, D)
Today we get well and truly off the beaten track as we trek through tropical rain forest, using the local tracks and passing through cornfields as we descend in to Mai Chau Valley . On the way we will encounter the local villagers as they go about their daily business: whether it be tilling the fields, logging or herding buffalo. The trek will take around 7 hours and is quite steep in places. Lunch will be provided en route, and weather permitting, we will have a picnic near a babbling brook at the foot of the valley. From here we pass through several White Thai villages, and are sure to attract attention as this part of the country receives very few visitors. We will arrive at Van village by late afternoon and we will have time to walk around this charming little village, enabling us to understand a little more about how the people live. The village is home to the Thai people, and tonight we will be their guests in one of their traditional stilt houses. There, we will be
toasted as honored guests and will be able to sample some of their homemade rice wine!

Day 3: Continue Trekking Van Village - Sam Khoe Village - Hang Village (B, L, D)
Trek from Van Village to Sam Khoe Village and drive to Pong Comg for lunch.
Following lunch we drive to Ban Sai village from here we trek to the Thai Village of Hang. We spend the night with a local Thai Family who will be our hosts in a traditional house built on stilts. We will definitely learn more about their lives and cultures when staying with them.

Day 4: Hang Village to Kho Muong Village (B, L, D)
The sound of mountain, cock and pork make us up for a new day and breakfast. We stroll around the Hang Village before we start trekking. We will be hiking about 6 hours through many Thai Villages and hamlets and encounter friendly children, villagers before arriving Kho Muong Village , home to the Muong ethnic minority, where we stay overnight.

Day 5: Hiking Kho Muong - Hin Village (B, L, D)
Following a simple breakfast, we trek for three hours on un uphill gradient through a picturesque forest passing several villages along the way. We break for a lunch in Nua village before we downhill to the Hin village. We overnight in the Thai Family.

Day 6: Trek Hin village - Thanh Hoa - Cuc Phuong (B, L, D)

Thanks for the graceful host; we walk about 4 hours thoughts beautiful hamlets, villages and meet our driver again and drive back to Cuc Phuong National Park via Thanh Hoa Province . You go through the most beautiful landscape of Vietnam countryside.
Arrive Cuc Phuong late in the afternoon, check in our ecology in the park and dinner and overnight in this first national park of Vietnam founded 1962.

Day 7: Trekking Cuc Phuong National Park. Travel back to Hanoi (B, L)
We commence to trek through the lush rainforest, past centuries old trees. Meet driver at other site of the national park from here we make our way back to Hanoi .
